Entrepreneur, mother, and owner of Fig & Feta, Bessie Lewis’s dream has come true in the quaint town of Collingwood. A town overcome by winter skiers and summer boaters who overflow the downtown street in search of it’s miraculous restaurants and shopping.  It truly is a magical atmosphere for foodies in search of quenching their thirsty palettes.

Meet Bessie Lewis

I grew up in the restaurant business with my parents.  I enjoyed working in the scene for over 25 years.  It’s in my DNA to cook, I am grateful it became a passion to create unique dishes stemming with the traditional Greek foundation and adding a unique twist.  Now I am finally able to share my passion with my clients who become my friends in this wonderful community.

Growing up in Collingwood Bessie's family was one of the first five Greek family's that started the unique Greek experience.

Bessie and her husband grew up in Collingwood, they truly are one of the locals who are immersed in the Collingwood spirit.
